General Terms And Conditions

By purchasing software from cyblogic.com you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• We sell license certificates and associtated keys which allow you to use our software on your systems.
• After registering as a customer you are eligible to send us an order by filling out our order forms. Therefore cookies need to be enable in your browser.
• Any information entered into the order form is used for the sole purpose to process your order. We have taken measure to ensure that no customer related information is transfered to third parties, except when law enforcement requires otherwise.
• The license keys are delivered by email and send to you immediately after the payment is completed. Therefore you are required to have a valid email account.
• We do not refund license keys or license certificates.
• You agree to test the Software to ensure it fits your requirements within the given trial period.
• The license certificate and its associated license keys will not expire.
• The Software can be freely downloaded. Its distribution is limited by the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided with each distribution package. You are required to read those carefully before using the Software.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws the Federal Republic of Germany.
